The NJCAA has named Wichita, Kansas, as host for the NJCAA Division II Men’s and Women’s Soccer Championships in 2025 and the NJCAA Division I Men’s Soccer Championships in 2026 and 2027.
The seven-day national tournaments will be at the Scheels Stryker Sports Complex in Wichita. The 2025 DII Men’s and Women’s Soccer Championships will take place November 16–22, 2025. The 2026 and 2027 DI Men’s Soccer Championships will take place November 15–21, 2026, and November 14–20, 2027.
“Visit Wichita was honored to host the DII Men’s and Women’s Soccer Championships in 2021 and the 2023 and 2024 Division I Men’s and Women’s Soccer Championships,” said Josh Howell, vice president of sports development at Visit Wichita. “Those events not only gave us an opportunity to showcase Sedgwick County and Wichita as a tremendous sports city, but also gave us the chance to show our ability to successfully host national sporting events of this caliber. Our partnership with the NJCAA is an integral piece of creating sports tourism for Wichita and surrounding areas.”
The Scheels Stryker Sports Complex consists of 11 turf fields, each with outdoor lighting, and a 112,000-square-foot indoor facility. The venue previously served as the location for the 2021 NJCAA DII Men’s and Women’s Soccer Championships and the 2023 and 2024 NJCAA Division I Men’s and Women’s Soccer Championships.
“The Scheels Stryker Sports Complex, along with Visit Wichita, have done an excellent job serving as past hosts of NJCAA DI and DII Men’s and Women’s Soccer Championships,” said Jay Mehrhoff, NJCAA DII men’s soccer chair. “The facility and the staff on site are top notch and have provided those memorable moments for NJCAA National Championship participants that will last a lifetime.”
