USA Swimming Foundation Board Welcomes New Members

Foundation serves as the philanthropic arm of USA Swimming

Four new members are joining the USA Swimming Foundation Board of Directors.

Dan Clough, John Enquist, Kyle Jackson and Andrew Wilson were elected by the USA Swimming Board of Directors at its November meeting to serve on the Foundation Board starting in 2023 through 2025. Jill Bornstein, Cynthia Eubanks and Cullen Jones were re-elected to the Board of Directors for their second terms.

We’re grateful for the continued dedication from Jill, Cynthia and Cullen as they begin their second terms.”

Clough serves as managing director at Deloitte Consulting. He’s a former president of Hershey Aquatic Club and vice chair of operations at Middle Atlantic Swimming. Clough also serves as board president of SwimHershey, a nonprofit corporation focused on providing aquatics education, access, and opportunity to the regional community in Pennsylvania.

A USA Swimming coach and official, Enquist is managing partner of the RJ Enquist Family Partnership and a U.S. Masters swimmer. He swam collegiately at Northwestern and now serves as an assistant swim coach at the College of the Florida Keys.

Jackson brings more than 17 years of professional marketing experience and philanthropic fundraising efforts to the Board. He currently serves as executive vice president with Publicis Media. He was a Division I swimmer at Purdue and served on the Diversity and Inclusion Committee for U.S. Masters Swimming.

Wilson is a member of the USA Swimming Athlete Advisory Committee, an internal governance committee elected by peers to advocate for the interests of elite athletes. A 2020 Olympic gold medalist and Olympic individual finalist, he is a short course world champion and a member of the American record-setting 4×100m medley relay.
