In addition to the selection races, the top three USA Juniors Cup 17-18 male and female, and the top 15-16 male and female overall finishers will earn invites to a USA Cycling National Talent ID Camp. This camp will take place at the Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, CO from September 26-October 5, 2024.“There is much to be done in Junior development in the USA and we have the right people and the right support to surpass all expectations,” said Billy Jones, PRO Cyclist Foundation Director. “It is time for everyone to get involved in making a difference by supporting USA Cycling and building upon the structure that the USA Juniors Cup provides.”

Three Juniors Cup events to be pathways to national team trips
Posted On: December 27, 2023 By :USA Cycling will partner with the USA Juniors Cup throughout 2024 with three national team selection races to be held within the Junior Cup Series that focuses on developing riders ages 15 through 18.
The three events will be the Valley of the Sun from February 16-18 in Phoenix; La Primavera in Lago Vista, Texas, from March 1-3 and Tour of America’s Dairyland in Wisconsin from June 18-22. Other races in the series include the Swamp Classic in Gainesville, Florida, from February 3-4; Outdoor Capital Classic in Jackson, Georgia, from March 22-24 and the Tour of North Georgia in Clarkesville, Georgia, from May 24-26.
“We are excited to continue growing the series and doing whatever it takes to make Junior Development in the USA the best infrastructure in the world,” said Pablo Santa Cruz, USA Juniors Cup series founder. “We want our Juniors to win it all on and off their bikes as great competitors and people.”
The Overall General Classification winners for the Junior 17-18 Men’s and Women’s races will earn an automatic nomination for a 2024 National Team trip, funded by the USA Juniors Cup. Simultaneously, the best-placed 15-16 male and female of each race will be invited to attend a USA Cycling European Race Camp. The USA Cycling Masters & Junior Road National Championships will also be a National Team camp selection event. The winners of the Junior 17 -18 Individual Time Trial and Road Race will be extended invited to a 2024 camp.
“Our goal was to create a pathway where junior racers and their parents have a clear guide to earning spots in our National Team programs and we can identify the best talent in the United States,” said USA Cycling Road Director Tanner Putt.
