Synchronized Swimming: 2018 UANA Pan American Championships
Date: August 6–11

Archery: 134th U.S. National Target Championships and U.S. Open;
2019 World Championships and Pan Am Games U.S. Team Trials
Date: August 8–11
Venue: Darree Fields, Dublin, Ohio
Event Description: The 134th U.S. National Target Championships (NTC) and U.S. Open will follow all rules and procedures from the World Archery Constitution and Rules. All participants in the NTC will shoot a single distance, double 72 arrow round according to their age classes as well as defined by World Archery and USA Archery National Championship rules.

Streamed/Broadcast Information: The U.S. Open gold medal matches for the senior recurve, compound and barebow men and women’s divisions will be live streamed.
USA Baseball National Team Identification Series (NTIS)
Date: August 8–12 (13U), August 15–19 (15U/16U), August 22–26 (11U/14U/17U)
Venue: USA Baseball National Training Complex in Cary, North Carolina
Event description: The most comprehensive player identification program offered by USA Baseball. Sixteen regional teams from across the country will compete in their respective age groups at the NTIS event at the USA Baseball National Training Complex in Cary, North Carolina. From the event, USA Baseball will invite a minimum of 68 players to future National Team Trials, National Team Development Program (NTDP) and Tournament of Stars opportunities.

44th Indmar Division 1 Show Ski National Championships
Date: August 10–12
Venue: Traxler Park/Rock River, Janesville, Wisconsin
Event description: Fourteen teams will compete for the national title at the Division 1 Show Ski National Championships. In competitive show skiing, each club has one hour to present a theatrical performance on water skis. Judges score the acts by awarding points based on originality, presentation and execution. Elaborate costumes and staging intermix with music and fast action on the water as an announcer leads the audience through the show. In addition to the overall team competition, athletes competed individually in swivel, adagio doubles, freestyle jumping and team jumping.

When is the event up for bid again?: Currently seeking bids for the 2020 and beyond Division 1 Show Ski
National Championships. The 2019 Division 1 Show Ski National Championships will be held Aug. 9‐11 in Warsaw, Indiana.

USA Triathlon Age Group National Championships
Date: August 11–12
Venue: Cleveland, Ohio
Event description: USA Triathlon is bringing the nation’s most competitive triathlons to Cleveland, Ohio, the “Rock ‘n’ Roll Capital of the World.” The Olympic-Distance Age Group National Championship will take place August 11 while the Sprint National Championship will occur on August 12. Athletes will swim in Lake Erie and bike and run along the lake shore overlooking downtown Cleveland. Participants of both races have the chance to compete for Age Group National Titles as well as spots on Team USA in 2019.
