
Event production and brand marketing firm Position Sports has announced Jeff Motley has joined the company as chief media officer.
Motley brings more than 26 years of communications experience from his tenure at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway, where he most recently served as vice president of communications. He will remain in Las Vegas and begin his new role on April 1.
In his position as chief media officer, Motley will lead public relations efforts for the 2027 College Football Playoff championship game in Las Vegas at Allegiant Stadium. Additionally, he will support initiatives for Position Sports’ Las Vegas-based sports and entertainment clients, including the Las Vegas Bowl and the Hall of Fame Series Las Vegas college basketball event.

During his career at Las Vegas Motor Speedway, Motley oversaw media relations for NASCAR events and numerous other high-profile races and events at the facility.
