Pickleball in the Sun, a lifestyle brand and experiential marketing agency dedicated to pickleball, has named Nancy Reynolds to the new position of chief revenue officer. An executive with experience in sales leadership and channel transformation, Reynolds joins the team with a record of driving growth at some of the world’s top tech firms.
“As the founder of the world’s first pickleball marketing agency, I’m passionate about fueling the growth of this incredible sport,” said Laura Gainor, founder and CEO of Pickleball in the Sun. “We’ve been instrumental in making pickleball America’s fastest-growing sport by building connections between brands, leagues and players while recognizing the huge potential in the 50 million-strong amateur community. Nancy’s wealth of expertise will be a game-changer as we deepen those connections and create new, immersive experiences for enthusiasts everywhere.”
Reynolds previously worked in executive roles at Securonix, LogRhythm and Palo Alto Networks, where she oversaw sales operations and led high-performing teams.
In the new role, she will focus on brand consulting (offering marketing strategies to help brands connect with the pickleball community); corporate retreats and team building (designing engaging pickleball experiences to foster team cohesion and improve organizational performance); and brand, venue and resort partnerships (creating strategic collaborations that deliver innovative pickleball programs and experiences at premier destinations).
“As an avid pickleball player, I’m thrilled to join Pickleball in the Sun at such an exciting time,” Reynolds said. “Laura has built a brand synonymous with credibility and innovation in the pickleball world, and I am eager to help the brand and sport reach even greater heights as we expand this dynamic community.”
