Montgomery Whitewater Park to host 2025 Pan American Championships

Montgomery Whitewater Park in Alabama will host the 2025 Pan American Championships in canoe slalom and kayak cross March 21–23, which serves as a key international ranking event involving 60 paddlesport athletes from across North and South America.

The American Canoe Association has sanctioned the competition. Montgomery Whitewater Park is one of only three Olympic caliber pumped whitewater courses in the United States. Canoe slalom races are scheduled for March 21 and 23, while the kayak cross competition will take place March 22.

The event is free to the public. In addition to the competition, visitors can explore the park’s whitewater rafting and more.
