Its 285,000 square feet of convertible space includes 12 basketball courts, 24 volleyball courts, 9 field hockey courts and a 200-meter hydraulically banked track that can hold up to 5,000 spectators to watch the action.
In addition to its world-class sporting facilities, the Virginia Beach Sports Center is surrounded by amazing restaurants and hotels featuring oceanfront views just minutes from the sports complex. The Center also has an outdoor courtyard event and staging space for ceremonies, live entertainment, or a variety of functions. Are you hosting outdoor games like ultimate frisbee, field hockey, lacrosse, football, soccer, or softball? The Princess Anne Athletic Complex offers a field of dreams – 8 softball and 8 soccer fields, to be exact – with a handful of fully fenced and equipped with irrigation systems, electronic scoreboards and shaded player benches. Depending on your event needs, you can also choose between four full-sized lighted synthetic fields and four hybrid Bermuda fields.
