Meg Winchester has been appointed president and CEO of Visit Spokane (Washington). She most recently served as director of the Galveston Island (Texas) Convention & Visitors Bureau.
“Meg will be a great addition to the team,” said Matt Jensen, Visit Spokane board chair. “Tourism is a $1.3 billion-dollar industry in greater Spokane, so her understanding and experience will be invaluable. She recognizes that tourism and conventions are important to Spokane’s quality of life and economy.”
