London to Host 2024 Rocket League Championship Series Major
Event will take place at Copper Box Arena from June 20–23
Posted On: March 25, 2024 By :Blast, the esports tournament organizer, has announced the Rocket League Championship Series will return to Copper Box Arena in London for the second major of 2024 from June 20–23.
The event is another massive esports championship headed to the United Kingdom in 2024. The League of Legends 2024 World Championship finals are taking place in London, while Manchester will host the first Blast Major of 2024 at B.E.C Arena from May 24–26 before London’s OVO Arena Wembley will host the 2024 Blast Premier Spring Final from June 12–16. Blast has a multi-year deal and collaboration with Epic Games to run the Fortnite Championship Series and Rocket League Championship Series.
Copper Box Arena — which hosted a sold out RLCS Spring Major in 2022 — will play host to the world’s best Rocket League players as they compete for the second trophy of 2024, a chance to win the lion’s share of a $255,000 prize pool and earn additional RLCS points to secure a spot in the Rocket League World Championship in September.
The RLCS Major 2 welcome a live audience to the Copper Box Arena for the weekend competition on June 22–23. BLAST and Rocket League esports have teamed up with Live Nation to help support and promote the RLCS Major 2.
