Kissimmee Sports Commission Becomes Host Destination Partner for 2022 US Youth Soccer National Championships
Event starts this week at ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex
Posted On: July 18, 2022 By :Kissimmee Sports Commission has announced a collaboration with US Youth Soccer as the preferred host destination for the 2022 US Youth Soccer National Championships, which start Wednesday and run through July 24.
The US Youth Soccer National Championships will take place at ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex and will crown a boys and girls national champion in each of its seven age divisions (13U, 14U, 15U, 16U, 17U, 18U and 19U). The finals are a culmination of a year-long series of competitions at the state and regional levels known as the US Youth Soccer National Championship Series which provides approximately 185,000 players on 10,000 teams from US Youth Soccer’s 54 State Associations the opportunity to showcase their soccer skills against the best competition in the nation.
“The ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex is incredible and we thank the Kissimmee Sports Commission for rolling out the red carpet for the players, coaches, referees, and parents,” said Skip Gilbert, US Youth Soccer chief executive officer. “We look forward to a week of great soccer and encourage the community to come out and watch our country’s best age-group teams compete.”
