Gregg Mervis

Gregg Mervis has been promoted to president and CEO of the Akron & Summit County (Ohio) Convention & Visitors Bureau and the John S. Knight Center. Mervis joined the bureau and center in 1995 as a director of sales; since then, he has held a number of posts, most recently as interim president, taking over the responsibilities of CEO Susan Hamo, who died in February.
