NYC & Company Names President & CEO

Fred Dixon has been named president and CEO of NYC & Company, bringing 23 years of experience to the position.

Dixon joined the organization in 2005 and has been serving as interim president and CEO since January 1. Prior to NYC & Company, he worked in leadership positions at the Nashville Convention & Visitors Bureau and the Gatlinburg Convention & Visitors Bureau, both in Tennessee.

Additionally, Dixon has served on boards including the National Tour Association, Tourism Cares and the Student & Youth Travel Association.
