EventConnect Unveils CityConnect Platform
SportsPittsburgh, Sports Salt Lake and Visit Mesa have joined CityConnect
Posted On: July 8, 2024 By :EventConnect has announced the launch of its CityConnect platform in partnership with SportsPittsburgh, Sports Salt Lake and Visit Mesa to become the preferred housing provider for each destination in addition to providing data and insights.
“I see SportsPittsburgh’s alliance with EventConnect as a game-changer,” said Jennifer Hawkins, executive director of SportsPittsburgh. “Their combined services cater to diverse sports events, offering real-time registration and insights into visitor trends. The reciprocal client referrals between partners further enhance the event experience, setting a new sports tourism standard.”
CityConnect partner destinations will have access to custom data models and economic analytics and establish market content with education components as part of the redesigned Sportology Conference and FAM tour series.

EventConnect’s sports management technology provides event organizers with a free portal with a directory of hotels, venues, destinations and event-related suppliers.
