Kentucky Sports Alliance has announced it has completed a major rebrand. The consortium of 15 Kentucky tourism-based organizations has joined under one umbrella to bring sporting events to the Bluegrass State.
Jamie Corr has been named the managing director at Burson Sports, a specialist sports practice based in Lausanne, succeeding Lars Haue-Pedersen, who is stepping down after more than 20 years of leading the agency.
The Sports Facilities Companies has acquired Firland Management as part of launching a new ice division, which includes a partnership with Central Park Conservancy which assumes the management of the Harlem Meer Center in New York City.
As the @NCAA enters the final month of its deliberation on which cities will be future hosts for hundreds of events across all three divisions, destinations around the country anxiously await news of the status of their bids.
