Butler and Northwestern will join the field at the fourth annual Indy Classic presented by Indiana Sports Corp, in conjunction with Pacers Sports & Entertainment and Russ Potts Productions, Inc., joining the previously announced matchup of Purdue and Auburn.

Auburn and Purdue face off for the fifth time, following last season’s meeting in Birmingham, Alabama, where the Tigers won 87-69. Butler returns to the Indy Classic for the second consecutive year aiming to close the gap in their all-time series against Northwestern, which stands at 16-12 in favor of the Wildcats.

“The Indy Classic has continued to grow into one of the most exciting events of the non-conference season,” said Indiana Sports Corp President Patrick Talty. “We are thrilled to welcome these four incredible programs to Indianapolis for a championship-level experience for their players, coaches, and fans.”
