The 48th US Open Pool Championship will return to the Harrah’s Resort in Atlantic City from August 18–23, 2025.
“We are honored to be hosting the US Open Pool Tournament again for the fifth consecutive year,” said Dan Gallagher, director of sports sales for the Atlantic City Sports Commission. “Our seaside destination could not be better positioned to host this glorious event in our world-class venues along with ample experiences for athletes and spectators.”
The 2025 US Open Pool Championship will have an increased prize pot of $500,000. The winner will receive $100,000. Semifinalists will receive $25,000, and quarterfinalists take home $15,000. There will also be cash prizes for reaching the final 64, 32 and 16 of the event. The tournament is open to men, women and wheelchair users and has expanded over the years to the current 256-player field.
