The Ann Arbor Sports Commission has announced the launch of its new logo and brand identity, reflecting its mission in creating and hosting sporting events that enrich the community.
The brand emphasizes the “We play as a team” motto. The rebrand includes a fresh visual identity designed to enhance partnerships, attract high-caliber events and create economic and social impact across the region through a collaboration between sports organizations, event organizers and the greater Ann Arbor community.
“We’re excited to share our new logo and brand that showcases our commitment to elevating sports tourism and engaging with partners to deliver exceptional experiences,” said Meaghan Hughes, director of the Ann Arbor Sports Commission.
The Ann Arbor Sports Commission will host the second annual Washtenaw County Celebration of Girls and Women in Sports conference in February 2025. The Commission will also serve as the local organizing committee for marquee events such as the 2025 USRowing RowFest National Championships and the NAIA Cheer, Dance and Golf Championships in partnership with Concordia University, bringing athletes, spectators and economic opportunities to Washtenaw County.
