Amgen Tour of California Announces 13 Host Cities
Posted On: December 5, 2018 By :The Amgen Tour of California has selected 13 host cities for the 14th edition of the professional cycling race through the state. The seven stages for the men’s race will be held May 12–18, 2019, while the women’s race will be contested May 16–18. Overall, the tour will cover more than 750 miles of roadways, highways and coastline.
The following stages will be held during the race:
Stage 1—Sacramento, May 12
Stage 2—Rancho Cordova to South Lake Tahoe, May 13
Stage 3—Stockton to Morgan Hill, May 14
Stage 4—WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca to Morro Bay, May 15
Stage 5—Pismo Beach to Ventura (men); Ventura (women), May 16
Stage 6—Ontario to Mt. Baldy (men and women), May 17
Stage 7—Santa Clarita to Pasadena (men and women), May 18
