The American Junior Golf Association has announced a multi-year partnership with ICL Academy, an online education platform which will provide junior golfers with a flexible academic experience while they pursue their golfing goals.
The agreement builds upon an existing partnership that began in 2023. ICL Academy will serve as the presenting partner at five AJGA events annually. ICL Academy will be integrated into AJGA event branding including on-site signage, sponsorship recognition on the AJGA website and promotional offers for AJGA members.
“At the AJGA, our mission is to support the overall growth and development of young men and women who aspire to earn college golf scholarships through competitive junior golf,” said Patrick Cansfield, AJGA director of development. “Partnering with ICL Academy allows us to expand that mission beyond the course by providing junior golfers with a flexible, world-class education that fits their training and competition schedules.”
The AJGA and ICL Academy will collaborate on a digital engagement campaign which will include social media promotions, a dedicated website series featuring AJGA players and their charitable work through Leadership Links and the promotion of ACT/SAT prep-focused content. ICL Academy will offer AJGA members a 10 percent tuition discount and will provide scholarships and a platform to highlight AJGA players and charitable giving through the Leadership Links Program.
“ICL Academy is thrilled to expand our partnership with the American Junior Golf Association as their preferred education partner,” said Dayton Hansen, chief operating officer of ICL Academy. “This collaboration represents a tremendous opportunity to provide elite junior golfers with a truly customized academic experience — one that is as flexible and high-performing as they are.”
